Abhiyan Bharat believes in an Trusting monitoring of incoming and outgoing funds.

Funding: All funding is sourced exclusively from the four Trustees. No other funds source is sought.

Expenditure:  Around 70 % of the annual expenditure accounts for variables (staff salary, teaching materials, stationeries etc.) and 30% on capital expenditure (improved school infrastructure,washroom renovation and drinking water systems).
All expenditure is supervised by Kamal Nayan Bagla, responsible for looking after the entire field operations of Abhiyan Bhaarat.

Auditing: The founder Trustees occupy positions of respect, importance and visibility in prominent financial service companies. The NGI is backed by a strong internal audit team; the annual accounts are audited by a third party auditing agency.
